CUIDADOS COM O CALÇADO ANTIESTÁTICO: Todos os calçados antiestáticos da Estival passam por rigorosos testes em laboratório para medir sua efetividade antes de irem para os pés do colaborador. A função primordial do calçado antiestático é permitir a descarga eletrostática do corpo humano, sendo assim alguns cuidados devem ser tomados, tais como: - É imprescindível manter a sola sempre limpa, pois a sujeira pode evitar a descarga de energia estática e comprometer a propriedade do calçado. - Calçados antiestáticos possuem palmilha especial com costura em linha antiestática. Verifique sempre o estado da palmilha regularmente, assim como o solado a mesma deve estar sempre limpa. Nunca troque a palmilha do seu calçado antiestático por outra. - Recomendamos sempre a checagem da propriedade antiestática do calçado através de teste antes de entrar na área de risco. - O uso de talco ou qualquer outro produto que acumule resíduos nos pés deve ser evitado, pois também podem aumentar a resistência elétrica e interferir na descarga de energia eletrostática. - O piso do ambiente de trabalho não deve invalidar a proteção oferecida pelo calçado, ou seja, não pode ser isolante. - Recomenda-se que o usuário estabeleça um ensaio de resistência elétrica dentro do local de uso do calçado regularmente. Essa verificação deve fazer partes da rotina do programa de prevenção de acidentes. - Caso seja necessário, lave o calçado com escova de cerdas macias ou pano, utilizando sabão neutro.
